1. Shipping Date

All pre-order items will be shipped no later than October 25, 2025, ensuring US / EU customers receive them before Halloween (October 31). Delivery times for Asia and other regions may vary depending on local logistics.

2. Mixed Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

3. Logistics & Delivery

All international orders will be shipped via selected logistics partners with tracking numbers provided. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. Return & Cancellation Policy
